It's been a while since I posted a smoothie recipe! I'm currently doing a 3 day juice/smoothie cleanse [Yes, I know I cleanse allot, lol. But, it's the holiday season and this year I'm on this "counter-culture/counter-indulgence" kick.]
Here is one of my new favorite recipes!
1 cup of cup non-dairy milk (I use almond milk)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 bunch of spinach
1 tsp hemp seeds
optional: 1 tsp natural sweetener (I suggest stevia, agave nectar, or honey, if you must)
optional: 1 tsp whey protein for an extra boost
Drink up buttercup!
